The hotel staff were great, providing good service and being quite helpful during my stay. The facilities are quite clean and well maintained, with a good location close to transportation and parking. Breakfast was quite good!

Mr Jafar - kind, patient, helpful. Supplied all my needs. Took me on a shopping trip. Trustworthy staff. Well-trained housekeeping boys. Good receptionist - helped with printouts. Location near railway station

During my Christmas vacation, I had a decent hotel experience. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the availability of a 24-hour front desk service which was really helpful. The other thing that I liked about this place was the great location. It was situated in close proximity to a number of shops and restaurants, which made it convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was included in my stay, it was quite tasty.
There were some negatives to my stay. The room that I was given was not up to my expectations. It was quite small and had a strange odor. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi service was a bit slow and the hotel staff were not very accommodating. They seemed to be in a hurry and were not very willing to help with any requests. while the hotel had some positives, the negative aspects could make me consider other options in the future.

The hotel provided free breakfast and had a pool, which was nice. The location was also convenient as it was near a few malls and a train station. We were happy we didn't have to travel too far to do some shopping. the room we stayed in had a nice view.
Our stay overall was not great. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.
